noX will give the biggest bang for the buck. It depends on how much more HP you are looking for. You could upgrade the exhaust and a cold air intake for a little extra HP.there are a ton of ways to get more power. the best way is bore out the engine, and port everything from the heads up. i doubt you want to do all that, so here is a link for some parts you can buy to help yuo out.

Most GTP's have a factory supercharger on a 3.8 V6. The engine already has a lower compression ratio than the naturally aspirated one, so it opens a few doors for you.A smaller pulley on the factory s/c or a bigger s/c would be a reasonably easy and economical way to get more boost.
