Nissan 100nx 1993 dashboard removal can anyone help?

my wifes 100nx speedometer is not working i have changed the speedo sensor in the gear box but still no good someone suggested it may be the speedo clock so i have sourced a new instrument panel but do not know how to remove old clocks and replace with the new ones can anyone help thank you
