Well today I saw a picture of the 2008 mitsubishi lancer and fell in love. I was thinking about buying a 2006 or 2007 civic EX, but after seeing the lancer, I think I have changed my mind. I looked up the specs and they look good, 2.0L I4, 152hp. Slightly more HP than the Civic, also the design is AMAZING. What I want to know is what do you guys think will be the true average price at a dealership ? I built mine online (plain GTS trim with a manual tranny) and it shows up at $18,115, how close will the true price be to it in NH? Also, what are the odds of me bieng able to pick one up in June of this year in the color I want it. I remember last year I visited the honda dealership and they said that for me to buy a civic it would take 3 months and I would not be able to choose the color because the car was so popular, I really hope this isn't the case with the lancer.
Finally, what is Mitsubishi's rep like? I am a fan of Toyota and Honda.. Have never really followed Mitsubishi though.

i own a repair shop,and you,ll get the lancer a lot faster than you will the Honda,and its actually a much better car,and the looks of it i agree is really nice for the 08 model,and on the price of it ,id say you can probably knock around a thousand off of it,i doubt it will go much lower,but it is a much better car than a Honda or a Toyota,good luck i hope this helps.Which car do you like better........?
Mitsubishi's have a great track record other than some earlier engines had trouble with burning oil. I have an 2003 lancer and I love it. It doesnt take much to make them look sick. 18k sound about right I would imagine much more than that. as far as the color, if you cant get it at one place just tell them you will go elsewhere to get the color you want and I know they will try a little harder because they want your business.More Questions & Answers ...
