Use the appropriate spring lock fuel line coupler disconnect tools to disconnect the fuel supply and return lines from the fuel rail. Remove the four 8mm bolts that secure the fuel rail to the intake manifold and remove the rail with the injectors. Remove anything that obstructs fuel rail removal. Installation is just the reverse of removal. Just make sure you lubricate the replacement injector o-rings with oil or penetrating fluid during installation. This procedure applies whether you are working on a 3.8L V6, or a 4.6L V8. Hope this helps.
