How do you change the serpentine belt on a mazda tribute?

I have a 84 honda prelude and someone has knocked my bumper off. How do i re-attach it?

I don't know anything about the Tribute, but with every car that I've seen with a serpentine has a tensioner. It looks like a pulley with nothing attached to it. (Ex: water pump, compressor, fan, etc.) What you need to do it locate the tensioner and use a ratchet (most likely at 3/8 drive) and pull the tensioner in the direction that allows you to make the belt go slack. After that, pull off old belt, install new one accordingly, and that's it. Hope this helps.
