Answers:
Does anyone have any pictures of an 2001-2005 Honda Civic you could send me?
Dodge man is right. Serious offroaders don't like the idea of bumping a stump and getting a concussion so the airbag gets dumped or disabled.
What could i buy to make my car go faster?
If you go the private sale route look for white dust marks. Airbags are packed with a talcum powder type substance to keep them dry and pliable. If there is powder marks around it steering wheel you might be looking at a repack job. Avoid it.
Can anyone give me an estimate on the replacement cost of a belt for a 92 Toyota Vista?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/98-02-jee...by law they can't sell used ones. best chance of getting is a self pick junkyard or purchase a used colum with bag intact. or get a replacement one new at a dealer
You can't. They're packed into the vehicles in a special way and are intended for single use only. Obviously that's in case of an accident. Once they've popped, new ones are inserted.
Once an airbag is removed from a dashboard, the integrity of it's safety capabilities have been compromised.
Pay the extra and get new. You and your passenders are worth it.
i own a repair shop and i found some by running an add in the local paper, there was a guy who had taken his out, because he did a lot of off road driving, and didn't want to take a chance on it going off,i gave 100 for one,and that was really cheap, you might accidentally find one like that ,and e-bay is an option also, good luck i hope this helps.
Can you tell me what is wrong with my car?
i own a repair shop...not really...just mocking dodge man.it is illegal to sell and/or use used airbags. It's a jeep man. Just rip that blown up dash out and reinstall a metal plate with knobs and guages. You won't need airbags with those 5 point seatbelts and that home fabbed roll cage. One little bump and you will have a broken nose. Besides, if you crash in a wrangler at speed you'll need more than an airbag.
