Skyline or mclaren f1?

Honestly, are you kidding?
The Mclaren F1, up until recently was the fastest production vehicle on the planet. (249 mph 0-60 2.6 seconds) The Bugatti Veyron just took its place (253 mph 0-60 sub 2.5 seconds)
The Skyline, while a very nice car, doesn't hold a candle to the F1 in any respect. If you live in Asia you can pick up a skyline for somewhere in the range of $30,000 US, while the Clarine went for exactly $1,000,000 US. Does that put it into perspective?

Theyre both incredibly thrilling vechicles, but my vote would go to the McLaren F1. The reason is that stock for stock the Skyline cannot match the McLaren, plus with the McLaren you get that exclusivity you only get with supercars, which the Skyline isn't. The Skyline can be tuned to exceed the McLaren's performance but it will never have that "supercar status". Dont get me wrong, i have incredible respect for the Skyline, but i would prefer the McLaren

Mclaren F1. Skylines are nice, but are a dime a dozen (except the Z tune I suppose). The Mclaren has better collectability value, and wow factor, and is just plain out faster.

The GTR is a 2 door resticted 280HP TT, the R34 can handle 400-500 hp on completly stock internals, and can reach 340hp by simply adding an exhaust and turning up the boost with a controller, it is by no means a "ricers" car, just in a different class.

ABSOLUTELY SKYLINE why ?
if get a McLaren F1 ... will its a very fast car BUT its high cost, lack of tunability , lack of availability and sky high maintenance that tells you GO AND GET SKYLINE !
(Did you know that the skyline can be tuned up to reach higher than 1000hp with a lower cost than the Mc Laren ?)

Can intake be redone to get cooler air so in get more gas more hp with out bypassing iat rechiping it?

Is there a short shaft water pump for a 454 (maybe a 366)?

Mclaren F1-0-60 in 3.2 seconds and top speed of 249mph.
Skyline-0-60 in 5.1 seconds and top speed of 165mph.
