I have a 6.2 liter diesel engine i need to find the main fuel. it haves 2 gas tanks can u help me?

the main fuel lines for both gas tanks are connected to the truddle boby how can i find the right 1 without blowing it up r cutting lines

for one you have a Diesel engine so there is a pump in both tanks works off the tank switch to which one runs. You have an injector pump on the engine though. I do not know all your problems so that is about all the information I can give.
