im gonna buy a new carb and intake both was wondering which is better square bore or spreadbore. dont know much on intakes and carbs but im buying a rpm edelbrock!

If you car is more of a driver then you cannot beat a well tuned Quadrajet. A well tuned Quadrajet will give you good fuel economy as well as performance. A lot people will dis the Quadrajet, but they mostly don't understand the carb. Its a bit more complicated than a Holley or Edeblbrook/Carter.

Should i Get Tints on my Subaru Svx?

i own a shop and go with the edelbrock performer series intake and carburetor on it,and use a spread bore intake on it either one will work good on it but i like the spread bore,i currently am running a square bore though and it does really good , either one on this one will work really good ,just don't smoother it to death with too much gas,it only needs a good 600 cfm to run really good,anything over that and your wasting fuel in it,good luck i hope this helps.

Ive ran several setups on drag cars and I'll tell you the eidelbrock RPM performer hi rise intake and a double pumper edielbrock carb is the way to go. I ran a 1000cfm speed demon and it was pretty nice too, I had to be really soft on the pedal untill it hit high RPMs then it would pretty much pour the entire gastank in the motor in one shot.
