This only happens in the summer. It always starts when it's cold. It doesn't happen all the time either, but if I drive a fair distance then stop when I turn the key to start it again there is nothing. If I wait 5-15 minutes it will start again, anyone have any suggestions for me?

It's your temp sensor for the computer. You have two. One for your guage and the other for your computer. It's telling your computer it's cold when it's really hot and causing mixture to be wrong. Result - no start when hot.Have it checked. Not hard. Or locate the right sensor and jump it the next time this happens. Good Luck.
