The dome light on my 1997 Saturn SL1 doesn't automatically shut off. How can it be fixed?

Question:
My dome can be switched on & off manually but it doesn't shut off after shutting the doors. My mechanic cannot find the cause.

Where is the blower relay is on a 1991 Ford Explorer 4wd Eddie Baur edition?

The car also has remote key locks but the don't work either. Could it be a related problem? How the remote key locks be fixed?

I'm guessing that if the problem was at the dome lamp itself your mechanic would have picked that up pretty quick.
If it were a door switch problem, you should be hearing that annoying reminder buzzer when the key is on and the door is closed.
And so, if your interior lights originally came on with activation of the keyless remote, that's probably where your problem lies.
If they are factory remotes, I'd recommend going to the dealer.
