Don't believe that the improvement will be great. For diesels you can save up to 9% diesel driving normaly because you will have more power and less Hp's need to be used when driving normally.Although with only 150Hp don't expect the difference to be great. Even with my 1.9TDI 165Bhp passat there isn't much of a difference after the tuning, indeed it accelerates faster mine accelerates about a second faster to be exact from 0-62Mph or in Kms 0-100
I had an extra 35Bhp after tuning with 390Nm. My passat is fairly powerfull but it still isn't abig difference saying it will rocket that much faster ahead. With your 1.9TDI golf once tuned you can expect to see an acceleration improvement also between 80-120Kms/hr significantly

definately, the 150 pd diesels are quick as f**k. so if you chip yours to the same it will be like a rocket compared.we have many customers that have chipped their cars and say its quicker and more economical too

you should find out if you can get your power uprated through the diagnostic port as it will give the extra power you need and will also allow you to set up your car for better fuel consumption so you can have a rocketship and still average 45mpg93 tarus will not start acts like it is flooded?
well i dont have a diesel but just regular 1.8t and i chipped it last year for around 700 dollars and it was a huge difference gas was better and pick was a vast improvement at all speeds.More Questions & Answers ...
