Is it just me or do all the Dodge cars look alike?
It's a pontiac.Where can i find a front bumper for my honda?
You probably need to replace the belt...While starting the car the starter motor put a huge drain on the battery. Immediately after starting the alternator charges the battery at a high current. this places a huge load on it and causes the belt to squeal. The resoultion is to tighten the belt or replace it.
What is this brand? What kind of cars do they make?
If this car has a serpentine belt on all drive accessories, I would suspect that the belt tensioner is weak and the belt is slipping on the pulleys. Some GM cars use this tensioner to apply pressure on the belt and if the tensioner gets weak, the belt can squeak. An old belt gets dry and loses its grip too. Depending on the miles on the car, I would check the belt and the tensioner for a weak and or worn out condition.Try replacing the belt. On my 1995 Ford Taurus I had the same problem, and when I replaced the belt it was fine.
