2001 Mitsubishi Galant - remote door lock and radio stopped working at the same time?

Question:
Just out of the blue my remote door lock stopped working. Then I noticed that the radio was dead along with the interior lights and the sunvisor mirror lights. Also the drivers side door lock no longer locks all the doors when the ignition is turned off. All the fuses inside the car and under the hood look fine. Anyone have any idea what's going on?

same thing here- happened 1+1/2 years ago was a bad ignition switch then- would think same thing again it costs 38$ at the dealer so i am going to buy one tomorow
last time paid dealer $160 w/ labor to replace

Sounds like you have a short somewhere. Its hard to say where with what you are telling me. It could be possible that your ECU is fried
