We went to start the car after not starting it for 3 weeks.. The car willl crank, is getting fire and gas , but will not start. Have replaced power packs, plugs, but still no start ,,,,, any idea.. ? It is beginning to be more of a pain than it is worth. Any ideas as to what the problem could be ??

In the event that your vehicle fails to start after installing the DHP 1.0 PCM, you will need to perform the Security Relearn Procedure. This procedure allows the PCM to function properly in your vehicle. Follow the steps listed below completely.
Attempt to start the car by turning the key to the Start/Run Position.
Observe that the vehicle fails to start and that the security light is illuminated.
Release key to the 'ON/Accessory' Position. (DO NOT turn key to the 'off' position.)
Allow the vehicle to sit with the key in the 'ON/Accessory' Position for no less than 11 minutes.
Turn key to off position and allow the vehicle to remain in the 'OFF' position for no less than 30 seconds.
Repeat #1 - #5 for 3 cycles.
On 4th attempt, car should start.
NOTE : Since this is a fairly long procedure, I would limit all electrical sources, such as disconnecting headlights, to prevent discharge of battery.

Possible bad gas, low fuel pressure, weak spark. That is one you will not be able to diagnose over the internet.
Depends on which engine is in the car, but for the most part they all run through the same procedures, im just going to elaborate on some other peoples points, it could be your crank position sensor, if it does not pick up a signal it goes into a dummy mode, this dummy mode tries to guess at the firing order, there is a 1 in 6 chance of it starting. Also even though it is getting fuel it may not be getting enough, turn the radio in the car off, turn the key on, the computer will give the fuel pump a 2 second prime and allow the injectors to open for two seconds to prime the cylinders, you should be able to hear the fuel pump run. If you have a fuel pressure gauge ensure you have a MINIMUM of 30 psi, something you can try without a gauge is turn your key to the run position (without trying to start it) and turn it back off, do this about 5 - 10 times, this will allow the pump to keep priming and it will load the cylinders with fuel. One last point, most people have a common problem of changing the plugs and not properly gapping them, they also dont run a plug tap through the head, this cleans the rust off to ensure a proper ground
