in my 93 camry, the first injector on the fuel rail is dripping fuel onto the air intake manifold pipes that connect to the engine, do those get hot enough to start the engine on fire if gas is dripping on it? or should i try to avoid driving it?

I would definatley not drive it although unlikly it could start on fire. Usually with those it is just the injector seal that goes and not the injector itself so you could fix it up fairly cheap.

YES and YES.You need new O-rings on the leaking injector.May be able to install by inserting and forcing in the socket with Channel Lock water pump pliers,Or get it fixed. The O- rings are very expensive ,about $8.00 ea.
