The answer to your question is in your owners manual, but most cars these days run just fine on regular unleaded, unless its a supercharged model or a sports car like a trans am i wouldnt worry about the high octanes,,, brand well Ive been Mobil or Texaco.... but then again ive never had any problems with my little mom and pop stores either

The most important thing with gas is to use the octane rating the manufacture recommends. If you use too low or high an octane it won't run smoth and wear out quicker.

Pump your gas from the regular unleaded nozzle. Don't use premium, it doesn't help and can actually cause problems. Every so often, use a tankful of mid-grade, as it has some cleaners in it. Some will tell you that premium will give better gas mileage. It doesn't, but if it were true it would have to deliver a very noticible difference to make it pay. Use regular.
