You can find a clean low mile one for under $10 grand in many cases. The 94 and 95 turbos are very rare and may even appreciate in value over the years. Expect to pay $15 to $25 grand for an ultra low mile (under 10,000 miles) 94 or 95 turbo.
Are the new hemi engines reliable?
These cars have a cult following and tons of aftermarket support. The best thing to do is buy a nice 91-93 and have the engine rebuilt and upgraded with a larger turbo charger, heavy internals, port/polished head, better ignition, etc...
These cars have been modified to over 400 horsepower by many people. You will be able to destory anything on the streets except supercars worth over $100 grand.
