i got the car in 2001 assumeing all it had was a blown motor, well put in a new motor and find more problems. im tryng to find parts for the car so i can get t back together when i get home from be deployed. any help is welcome

I own a shop, and I want to be the first to commend you for putting your life on the line for our country. I do not support the war, but I do fully support our troops. If I had a 88 bird sitting around, I would give it to you for being brave, and making something out of yourself. It's a shame you had to go to war to do it though. There are plenty of these cars in junkyards, and what you should do is; when you get back, buy one for parts. Use everything you need for yours, and sell it back to the junk man. This way you get your parts for a cheap price, and you will have everything you need to do the job with. If you put all your old junk stuff back in the trunk of the one you sell back to them, you might even make a little money on the deal. Junk is selling for a good price now, and they buy it by weight, so you can throw everything you can in the trunk to make it as heavy as you can.Glad to help out, Good Luck!
