"cobra rr hood w/scoops" for a 1996 mustang cobra...ever seen one?

i know this hood exists because ive seen it on mustangs in magazines but i havent seen it for sale anywhere..ive only seen it sold by one company, liberty mustang supply, but they seem a bit on the shady side...anyone know FOR SURE where i can get it? also anyone know of "liberty mustang supply"?
