Volvo C70 Transmission is starting to slip?

.I had this rebuilt 10 months ago for $1800, the warranty was 12months or 12k miles. I put 14k miles on it though. What could make this slip? Lack of oil? The only other indicator, I know when they rebuilt this last time, my engine mounts seemed more worn and there has been engine vibration over the 10 months.
