First of all, what sensor did you buy? Why did you buy it? Was there a code in one of the computer modules? Did anyone test the VSS? This vehicle uses a VSS mounted in the transmission case near the right axle. This signal circuit is used to feed 3 modules. Because of the lack of explaination I have to assume that you have a code stored in the PCM for VSS signal circuit malfunction. If there are no codes, for a lack of VSS signal and you do not have a check engine light on, and your transmission shifts properly chances are your going to need an IPC.
