you will get .44 a mile. If you drive lets say a Honda like me, you will only get .40 a mile. I told my boss it was discrimination but he says he will only pay a higher rate if you drive a Ford, Dodge, or Chevy. I told Him that Ford owned Honda but it still did not matter.

An employer can set any terms of employment that they wish. As long as it it not related to race, gender, or religion, they can set different rates for each employee.
