Heating issue with a '97 dodge intrepid?

Question:
The problem I am having is that with the engine running and the vehicle parked, the temp guage will reach normal operating temperature (about 230 degrees) according to my diagnostic scanner. However, while driving, the temp guage drops almost to the bottom, which of course is producing cold air. The themostat was just replaced in January. A coolant flush and fill was done around the same time. Coolant level is good, and the fluid itself is in good condition. The coolant temperature sensor was also just replaced. I'm running out of ideas, and would appreciate any suggestions that you may have.

Lexus is350 or bmw 335i? I care more about reliability, quality and refinement then performance and handling?

change your thermostat it is stuck open not letting pressure build up gaurantee it will work just be careful if you do it yourself you remember to bleed the system while your filling up the radiater or you can ruin the engine
