Ford Explorer 2006, Eddie Bauer navigation system.?

My Ford Explorer 2006 that I ordered with the nav system can't work here in Germany. Are there dvd's out that can MAKE it work?I tried with the company, but according to them of course not., Anyone else knows a way to make it work?

At the minimum, you need the DVD map for Germany. Fords come with a Navteq DVD for the US. Maybe Navteq will sell you one directly or your local Ford dealer in Germany.
