i had timing belt, timing belt kit which inc roller bearing pulleys tensioner, i also had water pump....it didn't cost any more money in labour just about £60 extra in parts.
the main reason timing belt brake is a pulley or tensioner gives out

I don't think Ford "focus" enough in quality when they build this so called focus. I have mine belt changed couple months ago and now it sits in the dealer for another fix due to the previous recall. good luck.

On ford focus 1.8 zetec when it comes to changing the timing belt there is a kit that comes with the belt idler and tensioner and the belt is usally changed at 100.000miles unless something is wrong or the job required it... Hope this is of use to youMore Questions & Answers ...
