pinstripes looks nice. i have a 2005 black chevy cobalt its the best. but just keep looking nice tack it for a car wash once it get dirty i have a sub in mine pioneer sound dont put a tv in there it looks stuped. mybe a little tint.. just dont do too much to it to make it look stuper or too much! best of luck with ur cobalt♥congratulations on your car and every thing, but I just really don't like chevy's........ I have a 2006 Laser Blue 2 door and I have tinted windows makes it look a lot nicer, I also have seat covers, and steering wheel cover, but I have to admit if you get a pinstripe with the chevy emblem on the end it looks real sharp, use a spray wax once a month it protects it from scratches and road debris hope you like the car and no there no sh*t

There are so many things you can do and it all depends on what you plan to use it for. Everything you listed would be pefect for looks including graphics, neon lights, and body kits. And if it has the eco engine there are many after market performance parts you can add for speed such as cold air intakes, inter coolers, exhaust headers.
