Noise sounds like cracking finale of fireworks with knocking & does it at any speed and smooth road. This noise comes & goes it's not consistant. Sometimes no noise for days. I can feel it under my feed and sometimes in the steering wheel & sometimes it sounds like going from front to back of the middle of the car

The Struts, Left Lower Control Arm has been replaced, front suspension retorqued. Steeling column taken apart today, it's OK . Everything at dash has been tightened, It started 37,000 Miles now 40,000 Thanks for your help.
