What is the most reliable American full-size 4x4 pickup truck from 2002-2004?

I currently have a Tacoma right now, but short on cash, I was hoping to sell it and buy an American truck and have some cash leftover. What's a good full size 4x4? I'm guessing Dodge Ram??

really they are all about the same. test drive all the trucks you like and then decide which you like better. I prefer dodge just because they look better and they are usually cheaper than ford or chevy.
