When I put the car in reverse, nothing happens, it doesnt even seem like the trany wants to grab. Do you have any idea of what could be causing this. I already tryed changing the transmission fluid, but that didnt do nothing.

Yes, you need a new transmission, but it's more worth it in my opinion to trade in the car for a new after it's fixed up.
