They are a big improvement over the old style c70. No more rattles or stiff ride. They still are just an s40 with an automatic hard top. Keep in mind though if you get in a rear end accident with the top down they are pretty much a throw away car. check for an insurance quote first if your really interested n the car. With that said they are a cool car though. A t5 with a stick is the only way to go very fun to drive. It's too bad volvo doesnt advertise the fun side of some of their cars like this car or the way cool 300 horse S60 R
