around here the taxi service uses older Malibu's. Not really sure why you want to upgrade that vehicle. I have seen many around here with huge wings, and all sorts of crazy stuff since they do not make a lot performance wise for your car it will be hard. I would say sell it and find something easier to tune, because having all the parts custom made is very $$$
