A mobile locksmith will come out and make one for you on the spot and its covered by AAA. oterwise the cost may be up to $50 but you wont have to remove the key cylinder.If you want to take the key cylinder to a locksmith, the can make youa key for around $30

Any locksmith worth his salt should be able to make one with the codes. If you already have the code all that is necessary is look up the cuts and cut the key.
