i saw one for sale with 152,000 miles on the engine and 170,000 on the body. the guy said the old motor had a rod knock and he changed it out with the different one. he's selling for $2000 is that a good price? no bad rust anywhere. only rust starting to show. is this a good deal?

You should ask him how does the car handle high speeds about 100mph. Find out how he had driven the car because keep in mind that nissan 240sx are extremely good DRIFTING cars. Drifting is bad on the car. It might be a good buy with 152,000 miles on it. Find out if it runs ok. Small rust is fixable and u can do alot when turning that car into a high peformance car. Also nissan 240sx are hard to find. see if u can talk him down alittle with the price. For 2,000 dollars u can take a chance. sounds like a good buy.Umm the year of the vehicle in question would be helpful. I would say yes though, they are great cars. See if you can get it down to $1500.

The price is pretty reasonable. Check the rust in detail becaus in the next couple of years it will get worst. They are sold cars and are plenty of parts for performance tuning. But i think you can knock 200 dollars of the price. good luckMore Questions & Answers ...
