find horn fuse or relay under hood and remove replace horn relay with known good relay ,if horn still stuck then you will have to replace air bag because horn switch is located in the air bag . seen problem on escort and mitsubishi galant forget to mention you will have to use owner manual to locate fuse

or you can go under the hood look for a black box(fusebox) and pull out the horn fuse, it ll be labled

up front under the hood either around the grill or off to one side will be your horn. beep it or turn the key to make it honk and you'll find it. you'll see wires going to it and a plastic tab that the wires are connected with. remove the wires from here.

you can also look at your fuse box under the dash and under the hood and find your horn fuse and as long as its not with anything else that is important (wipers, hazards, etc), then you can pop the fuse out so the connection is never made.

The horn most likely has a simple spade type connection to it, so pull the wire off the horn to disable it for now. Horns are fairly inexpensive, so replacing it should be a quick and cheap task for you.
