How do i hook up speakers in a 1997 honda crv without the adapter?

I took the factory speaker out and its on a clip, the wires aren't marked and i can't find a site online to tell me which wires are positive and which ones are negative. Please help

Cut and crimp the new connector. Positive and Neg don't make a huge difference on a normal speaker. May sound a lil bit different, so just try swapping them. from + to -

I put new speakers in my Blazer awhile back and I tried to do it the old way, just splice and twist. What a pain trying to figure out what was what in colors. After 2 hours and 1 door, I gave up and hit the store. Mine were $6 a door for harness. Well worth it. Had the other 3 done completely in 20 minutes.
