what is the best way or how to change spark plugs on a subaru svx?
Have the car checked out by your own qualified mechanic. If the car checks out mechanically, the price is right, and you like it, it will solve your transportation problem. I would not worry about the miles as much as the condition of the vehicle.Nissans in general are good, but is hard to tell for one specific vehicle. You should research online, go to forums that talk about Altimas, and also see if there were any recalls for the 95 models.

That will give you a good idea of what you are getting into.
On the other hand, it is a 12 years old vehicle, with 170K miles. Expect to have to do not only minor repairs but also some mayor repairs as well. A documented history of any repairs and maintenance done on the vehicle would be a plus.

A car is only as good as you treat/upkeep it. Oil changes, maintenance, etc. Request for the car's service records from the current owner. If he/she does not have the service records, then it's up to you to trust them on wether it was well maintained or not.
Would Size 265/30/19 tires fit on my 2003 330ci on the rear?
Your best bet is to take it to a mechanic you trust and have him check it.In the world of used cars there is no guarantee that it will be good or bad it all depends on if they took care of it and was the previous owner a kid that thought he had a hot rod and tore the internals of the engine and trans up.How do you remove the headlight assembly on a 1989 Ford F-150?
This particular model of altima had a very trouble prone engine. I would stay away from it and even if you had to buy something a few years older that was more reliable and not as expensive to fix you would be better off. Best bet is to look at the major components for any car on say car-part.com like the engine transmission etc before buying it and see how expensive and how available these are. If it was a honda accord with this many miles i would say go for it or a toyota camry but the altima is a different story. If it is super cheap maybe its still worth it too.Good luck.
I have 2 gas tanks on 1988 ford conv van,,what does the tanks hold gal.wise?
The are not as reliable as the other japanese cars like Honda, toyota, and Mazda. They are just like american cars when it comes to reliablity. If it has 169 k, I would not buy it unless it was $300-$500.More Questions & Answers ...
