What options do I have when swapping to a 5 lug bolt pattern from a 6 lug?

Excuse me... I don't remember the 1.5 liter deisel. Was that a truck engine? or an old car from the 1970's?
The more recent 1.6 liters are more powerful and economical. Consider buying that engine and installing it?

What do you think of the Ford Fusion for an eldery couple?

But I would like to know where the 1.5 was used, thank you.
I have books on the 1.6, 1.9, 2.1, 2.3. Modern ones are 1.4, 1.6, 2.0, 2.2, 2.7 liter. The first deisel car peugeot was the 204, in 1971?? with a 1.6L I think?

I have a growling noise in my front end?

A Turbine? Jesus, that'd generate several thousand horsepower. To you mean a turbo?!?!?!? It's not an easy job. People seem to think that to turbio charge an engine you just bolt some bits on. It's not like that, it's a much more involved process, they have to be designed to use turbo's from the outset.

will a soft top off a 2005 Wrangler fit a 95 Jeep Wrangler?

An ecu has to be configured for your car, and they weren't used on the 106 if my memory is correct, if you haven't got one why would you want one. They cost around £200 then say £80 or more for it to be configured plus you will need a full new wiring harness and a new bsi board which add another £500 or so. I used to work for Peugeot and can tell you that for what it is the 1.5 diesel was a very good engine although more recent engines give more power and economy electrical problems have gone crazy. If you go to our local dealer speak to the parts department they will be able to help you make your decision easier.

where can i get parts for a 69 D-100?

i work for peugeot and its a TUD5 engine that you have in your car.
you only got turbos on the french models and they were very rare
there is not enough wires for an ecu and what would it do if you fitted one into the car
it has a manual pump non adjustable and the pre heat works like all other cars and does not change
they only fitted ecus to the newer model cars but they are just the same pump and electrics
hope I have not burst your bubble
