maybe its bent out of shape a bit. or its had a bit of a bash to it or maybe the seal of it is torn or broken. go to a garage n get it checked out. they sell replacement door seals and stuff in ford parts shops. its a mk3 mondeo so it shoudl be easy to get hold of.
