Try getting on the internet and looking up: Wheel Adapters/Spacers. What these do is adapt to your lug nuts on your vehicle and either help your wheels to stick out further or change the bolt pattern. They can be found on Ebay and at any higher end vehicle part supplier. I found some on Ebay by looking under, " Chevy Truck Wheels". This should help you out. I am not sure of the parts needed or any sort of adaptations that will need to made to make them work. Good Luck. Hope I helped.
