Which disks can be used on an Opel Manta to replace the drums?

Question:
I have an Opel Manta and wish to change the front drums to disks. I need to know which hubs would be suitable for the vehicle. Would i need to do any serious mods to get the disks on the front?

I also have a problem with the back drums they lock up all the time would it just be the need to change the drums on the back.

To be honest I couldn't answer 100% but I believe the cavalier was based around the manta, in which case the disc brakes setup off of one of the early models would probably fit with little modification.

I looked through quickly and they seem to know what theyre talking about.
If the back drums are locking on it could be the drums or a problem with the break line. but the drums would be a good place to start.
