Using PAM or WD-40 won't help. When the snow and ice crap builds up, it freezes, preventing the wheels from turning properly. I kick the stuff off-as long as you don't kick the car itself there won't be damage. When it freezes, smack the stuff with the end of your brush or ice scraper. If you can get to the car before it freezes, you can just tap it with your foot and it should come off.Help!How do I find the blown fuse and replace it?

Someone else mentioned Pam...that's pretty much it. Pam, WD-40, maybe some silicon lubricant. Whichever works, but I think the oil based ones will outlast the Pam.Can you put an 03' Mustang Cobra supercharger on a 99' Mustang Cobra?
There really is not much that you can do...even after a few minutes the sprays wear off...it is a natural thing that has happened since the biginning of driving...it has no real solution that I have found, although you will find that if you ride in the ruts of the snow, it is worse...sorryi have not started my car for 3 months?
