There is no governor ristricting power. but there are speed limiters and rev limiters. Get a power chip for your truck and go up like 50hp.

Your car isn't governed per say, but it is run by a computor. If you look on the internet, you will find lots of companys that sell preprogramed computors for your vehicle that will inprove your performance! but putting on some other aftermarket parts would be a more noticable boost. Talk to your local custum shop, or mechanic.
