Yes. Anything is possible given enough time and money, but it would be cheaper to buy the 120 than to try to upgrade a 95 to it.

It is possible, but financially impracticle. You will have to change the ECU, wire harness, fuel pump, and etc. etc. Ends up a very costly change over. You are better off selling the 95hp and buying a 120hp version, if it means all that much to you.
