Looking for a Z3?

there are many things that could be going wrong. first of all, is the tranny automatic??is the display showing the car is in PARK not neutral or any other gear....jiggle to be sure. sometimes there is a little play .....you did not mention how many miles are on the car. could be the ecu.--could be shorting out. could be an ignition module.that could be dead. could be the starter or solenoid.. could be many things. sounds as if the alternator is probably ok, and battery. check battery terminals for corrosion. check relays and fuses--all of them.. or make sure you have the factory service manual and/or haynes manuals and troubleshoot as directed. the ecu will show numbers when you have problems. these numbers are important for troubleshooting the problems your car is exhibiting. if you can see these numbers, writh them down, call your service shop and they can tell you the problem . if nothing helps, call towing and have taken to your favorite service shop...........good luck....

another 95 ford windstar ?.?

It could be the neutral safety switch on the shifter linkage or the solenoid on the starter.
