It depends on whether you have a regular cab, or a supercab and supercrew. If it's the regular cab, remove the left rear quarter trim panel to access the vehicle security module. If it's a supercab or supercrew, remove the rear seatback assembly and the trim panel behind it. The module will have two electrical connectors connected to it. On the label will be a part number similar to 4L3T-15K602-XXX. There will also be FIVE numbers. Those FIVE numbers are your keyless entry keypad code. Rakel is right. you can find the code on the module. It might be easier to go to the dealer and have them pull the code with the scan tool. if you get your car worked on at the dealership they might pull it for free. good luckMore Questions & Answers ...
