Can anyone offer any advice for a Mustang Shelby conversion?

I have a 2006 Mustang and I plan on doing a Shelby conversion this spring. Can anyone offer any suggestions? Places to buy parts, etc.?

Shipping is expensive (I paid $88 to ship a hood from New Jersey to Long Island, I can hit N.J. with a rock from Long Island), other than that, it was the "fit", that I liked, they make parts that fit perfectly, no cutting or trimming or sanding, just bolt them on, and go get it painted.

What cant u guys stand about fuel costs?

Try ebay or search out mustang online forums. There are usual a lot of knowledge able people on there that know those cars.

You should just buy a shelby instead of trying to convert a regular mustang and spend a tons of money trying to make it something its not. Thats just my 2cents
