You obviously have a hard problem with the security system that disables the fuel or ignition system. You say you've tried everything, but I don't see any codes or other diagnosis tips in your question. These systems are actually very easy to diagnose when there is something wrong right now or a hard problem. These usually boil down to a broken or partially broken wire at or near the ignition cylinder inside the column. Get the codes checked and any data available to you to determine your next move. If it is saying something like undetermined key code or unrecognized key code, I would almost say for sure that you need a new ignition cylinder and internal column wiring harness. To beat these systems requires about the same thing or a resistance the same to be installed under the dash to represent your key. Good luck.
