Anyone with a WHOLE brain knows that Ford's diesel trucks are the best overall package. while the Power Stroke (Built by Navistar a sub-Company of International) "MIGHT" not be as reliable as the I6 Cummins it is a whole lot more reliable and powerful than the DuraJunk (Detroit Diesel) GM uses. Dodge's trucks are junk but they have the best diesel motor in them.why do the small bulbs burn out? (88 corolla)?

The Ford Power Joke... Ahem I mean power stroke engine has a ton of torque and can be beefed up with some after market parts to totally demolish a dodge Hemi. Dyna makes a kit that'll roast the tires off it. Yes that much speed and power from a Deisel.I hate Fords But there trucks are the only good thing they have and I would actually own from Ford

to correct you the 7.0 from the 99-03 was the king swinging #%@#. i think today dodge and duramax hold the glory. but even last year in the dunes i saw 1 ford 7.0 yank a rv out of the sand like childs play. 2 chevy's had to do the same thing about 2 hours later for someone in the same spot.NISSAN TECH NEEDED!!!! Not really unless you are trying to compare the 6.0 sickos to Chevy and Dodge...Both makers had numerous problems with their diesels when they came out and Ford has now pretty much come out and said that the 6.0 was rushed due to emissions (that's why the 7.3 went)
Biggest thing on the Ford is having to maintain them.. Most people barf at the cost of maintainace and then wonder why they are paying for $300 injectors for.

The Ford Powerstroke (designed by Ford, manufactured by IH) is without a doubt the finest diesel engine built today & the aftermarket perfomance equipment available for this engine is seemingly endless. Why do you think the Ford P/U is the largest selling vehicle in the US & has been for over 20 yrs? Also, the Cummings diesel in the Dodge is manufactured by FORD!
