93 Camry transmission?

Question:
I went to look at a 93 Camry and I heard the car make a clunking noise when changing from Park to Reverse and it clunked again when I went from reverse to drive. What could be the problem be and how much would it cost to fix?

Answers:

does anybody know if the new BMW 1 series is front or rear wheel drive? Thank you?

Could be a bad motor mount or bad axle does it drive and shift OK
how loud is it a bang or soft clunk

Where is the fuel filter located on a 1998 Toyota Camry?

If you push the gas, and it makes a clunck sound then it could be the engine mount. Thats how my 94 was. Otherwise I don't know, mine don't make sounds when shifting.
